The cellulite is a dystrophy of the subcutaneous conjunctive tissue and more precisely of the deep fat layer. Treatment must reach this layer, whether as well as in Mesotherapy, injecting an active drug into the dermis, a little away from the fatty layer or as in Acupuncture/Mesopuntura inserting the needle into the acupuncture point located in the fatty layer even of the conjunctive tissue. It is realised then, into this acupuncture point, this same drug deposit, but this time, into the acupuncture point already stimulated by the metallic needle. A judicious option. In order to carry out this triple treatment, our preference is to use the BMN which realises this triple treatment with a same and unique insertion into the skin of a same and unique BMN. The BMN is a medical device joining a needle as fine as an acupuncture needle, hollow, with a resilient polymer reservoir topping it, running as an empty dropper, for an extemporaneous storage/restitution of various drugs [distilled water, salt solution, vitamins, anti-aging, trace elements, phytotherapy , homeopathy, allopathy], by the Therapist, at the time of the consultation.
